Spot welding : these are the machines used to weld wire to wire we have 30 machine of spot welding machine
Pneumatic spot welding machine : these are spot wending machine assisted with pneumatic support to increase production and the quality of weld
N.C. spot machine wending machine : these is the machine that works automatic program to get precise quality
Power press : these are used to bend and form shapes in wire and we have 12 machine from 10 tons to 30tons capacity to serve the different wire diameter bends and sheet metal perforation
Hydro fold machine : these machine is used to get the critical fold in the wire shelf with consistency and precision as this machine is CNC operated
Electro polishing : we have in house electro polishing unit which can cater 30 tons of production
Argon welding : we have two argon welding machine for some critical weld and weld from wire to sheet
We are equipped with 30 skilled spot welding operator 10 other skilled worker and the total strength is of 44 people and 4 staff member and 4 engineers
We have a strong development team which can develop any customized wire or tray product
